SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass!
Just went through a little deal with a shingling job and the supplier of materials to the performing company. I know it sounds like a stretch but the liens filed against the landowners in the windmill cases look to me to be valid, Makes anything with an easement scary.
For some reason I can't find that thread now.
