Tried to price some old crop today and no merchandisers were available as they were out doing other stuff.

Is this normal for any of you as well?
Sure we can all work with targets, but if it comes close you have to be on the ball to sell it anyways.

Futures dropped $6/mt since then. I am just looking for advice on how to avoid this and hear other peoples experience.
