Update or roll back the driver?
You could do a system restore to before the *incident*. 
Installing a program wouldn't normally break your computer - but did you download fro a safe source, preferably their own site www.malwarebytes.org
It wouldn't be unheard off for dodgy sources to piggyback some additional mischief.
