we are very flat here so I prefer a 3 point machine. I have been searching for a long time for a 3 point 40 footer but have had no luck. I would think if you have some hills then a pull type would follow the ground better. from a rental stand point in your coops view, anyone with a tractor can hook on to a pull type, sometimes a three point mount may not work so well.
