Subject: RE: Polaris Ranger Tires

You could go to a 26x9 front and 26x11 rear. Polaris used that size of tires to get a heavy enough weight rating with those 4 ply tires. Even some 25x10, 25x8 tires will have as much weight rating if 6 or 8 ply. You migh want to measure the actual width of the current tires. Those carlisles probably only measure 8 1/2 or barely 9 inches wide in the front. If you buy one of those good aftermarket radials they will measure a true almost 10 inches wide. That will change the handling quite a bit. Don't take the number on the sidewall for granted, they are not all the same.
