My area is big Maxxis tire fans we have good luck with any of there tires. We also have one side x side with GBC Grim Reapers and they are a good tire, your 25x11x12 is an odd size not many companies make that tire size anymore. Check your rear rims and see what size they are you may be able to run 25x10( which is a poplar size) all the way around the Ranger or go up one size to 26s won't cost you much power and you should have the clearance
