Mercer County, Ohio on the Indiana line		Ha! Ohio and pretty good land?

It was eroded hills. 2 neighbors with manure had a bidding war. 40 miles west that land would've been 7-8000 on auction.

That land will pay for itself with the ability to add livestock, not from raising corn and soybeans.
