Central New York | Very easy to do. Use an Intuicom X bridge with a static IP from the cell provider along with a another Intuicom either an new X bridge or any of the cheap used ones in classifieds.
Only down side is two cell fees but you already are paying one. When you move the base to the field easy just use the intuicoms instead of the traditional radios.
Any base station will work
