I went to services and then down to reprocess files. I still have all the raw data so I looked to see what the CN1 file was that I was trying to load but said it was already archived. Under the reprocess files you can look through and find certain cn1 file you want to reprocess.  I found it and reprocessed it.  It worked but I did have to go fix some yield data from 2014. I had a few fields that showed up with duplicate loads for some reason that I had to delete out of there.  According to the help section you can use that if you delete something that you didn't want deleted to get it back into your tree again.
