Just keep an eye on the whole machine. We had milo that didn't look like it had bad aphids. After several hundred acres, our fan blades had pretty much gummed over. The sample got pretty dirty, we had to scrape the sticky crap off the fan to get it to clean again. The stuff will sneak up on you.
