How long ago did you have your posts replaced?  If I may ask, how well did Morton stand behind them?  Did they replace them with more wooden ones, or with concrete?

I have a shed they put up in 1984 that is showing some rot.  Thanks, Dave.

I believe mine is an '83 model.

They came out a few years ago and dug around the bad posts, bolted a steel bracket up on the good lumber that extended below ground, and poured concrete around it. A couple of these posts were in the front shop part with a concrete floor so they had to do a little cutting on the floor around the old post to get the bracket through. I'm sure it is crew dependent, but their work looked good and the "fix" seemed quick and easy. None of my posts were actually rotted off though and the building was still sitting square and level, it just needed work before they got to the completely gone stage. I'm not sure how they make the repairs now that they have changed their post system.

Some smaller local builders now build their buildings exactly like M repaired mine.
