I'm with Behog. My landlords are Seniors. No funny numbers or math that they would see as trickery. Straight cash rent.

Edit to add: I hate to ask my Senior landlords to sign farm program documents. Seniors have been told many times don't sign anything you don't understand.
landowners would sure as heck accept the terms of a flex lease if enough of us had the spine to insist those are the terms- take it or leave it. Gonna take awhile to make the flex lease the rule rather than the exception. Doubt it will ever happen, even though the majority of us would prefer it that way, we lack the intestinal fortitude to make it stick. What a bunch of spineless wimps we are.


Just remember... The customer is always right. And in this case the customer is the land lord
