I think anyone reasonable will agree that it took everyone to make the party. Inflation in economy, rising equipment and technology fees, input suppliers, and then land lords who saw their farmer turning profit and wanted more of it. Read the 2012 cash rent posts. Market talk is also amusing in 2012. This is the correction that could never happen.
