I would not under any circumstance use ET. I use 1oz Aim with my second shot of prep. It takes the green out of the plant and seems to help it dry down. Last week coop was out of aim and sent ET instead. I used recommended rate and I might as we'll have used water. It did nothing and the plants are very green and had to go back and spray aim. Told the coop they better not charge me for it.

Do you always do a two shot defoliation? What tank mixes are you using? I am on my second year of some two shot defoliation. All with the plane last year and running a 6700 John Deere this year. Mixed results last year. Very happy so far this year. My first app. is 16 oz. Ethephon and 8 oz. Folex. Second app. is 24 oz. Ethephon, 8 oz. Folex, and 6 oz. Ginstar, plus 1 qt. of HOOK per 100 gal. I am putting out 10 gallons of water.
