Texas | I had this exact problem with Sprint. There was a certain exchange that I couldn't call. Maybe would work 1 out of ten times and my home phone was on that exchange. After a few years of Sprint blaming the local phone company and the local phone company blaming Sprint, I finally switched to Verizon about a year ago. Problem solved.
I think the problem is Sprint looks for the cheapest way to route the call, which usually takes it to who knows where before it gets to the landline. By then the call is lost or has very bad reception. | |
