I was at a friends house and wanted to show him some sites that I thought he might find interesting.  He has Windows Vista and is using Internet Explorer.

The above address was what we were trying to reach.  The page doesn't display on Internet Explorer.  I downloaded Chrome and it worked fine on his computer.

I tried on my computer and discovered that Internet Explorer won't display the page on my computer either.  I can use Firefox or Chrome with no problem.  I disabled all addons and reset IE to no avail.

I can go to instagram but none of the sites such as /thetblogger  

Because I want to share some instagram sites I'd like to know why this is happening so that others who use IE can see a site because a lot of people just use what came with their computer and don't know how or don't want to install a better browser.  A lot of people don't ever know what a browser is.
