The question comes in what you need to utilize the internal boundaries for? Shutoffs? Is there a pond in the middle of the field. I guess what you could do is just draw your external boundary and then cut out the pieces for your internal parts. That way if you are trying to utilize shutoffs, you would be "outside" of your boundary.
