Try some gypsum or ams next year.
100 lbs AMS certainly won't improve those Mg tissue tests. I've tried 200 lbs AMS one year with no noticeable difference on the soil tests. Yield was pretty good though.
Is magnesium a yield limiting factor in corn and soybeans?
