We replaced the factory brass bushings with new ones from farm king (they bought out redball). We changed the catch discs so we can just pull them off without having to drive the tubes over. As for the acres I have know idea. We bought it used 3 years ago and it was very used when we got it. Since we have had it we put 6000 acres approximately on a 16 row so 375 a row.
