Recently bought two DMI-470 wagons with rear brakes. No manual available. Does anyone know how the brake system works on these wagons. It has a lever that looks like it has two settings. Is one to engage a "parking brake" an the other is for regular braking as it moves down the road? Who makes DMI and where can I find out how these work?
