A new bearing shouldn't go out in 20 hours even if it was never greased! I think JD chopper bearings are to be greased at 50 hour intervals. I do it more often but not every day. If chopper is balanced and shaft is true, may just be bad luck getting faulty bearings. I've had it happen but makes a guy mad!
