Bin man picked up on of our 33'' dia bins last summer & set it off to the side to redo the foundation. Used a truck tire in the fill hole to pick it up with. He also bolted some cross pieces inside to keep it from losing it's shape but you probalby don't need to worry about that as small around as yours is
