Southeast Minnesota | When doing calibration loads, I go by bu/hr instead of speed.
In the lower right corner is a readout of 3 things - head height, elevator speed, and flow rate.
I run each calibration load, keeping the flow rate similar during each load.
The idea of a different speed for each load is to accomplish a similar result. Watching the bu/hr is a little more accurate due to differences across the field.
For example, I may try to do loads at 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 bu/hr. | |
