Crude headed back to $50 to $60? http://www.moneycontrol.com/news/commodities/see-crude-prices-at-3650-60-barrel-by-year-end-barclays_2796581.html Sonia: So, what did you say your forecast was by the end of the year for Brent crude? A: We see it drifting back around between USD 50 and USD 60 per barrel again. But very much the 2016 story that we really like to emphasize the fact that we think crude will be about USD 60 per barrel again. We have seen this weakness coming. It is a very much a healthy process for the markets to correct, but the important underlying fact is that A, demand is strong, supply will react and might surprise the markets in terms of how quickly it reacts to the downside as well. So, we do maintain a bullish stance for 2016, but for now, this price in itself needs to adjust balance by being a catalyst. |
