Subject: RE: problem with pipeline company

south texas
If i don't rip this ground there wont be any dirt to plant into or it will be so hard 2" down rootswill grow side ways. Just rip araround line. They came out after i told them we are going no matter what. I have a good idea where line is by these areas and markers. It been hit by neighbors twice in 5 years. I dont know why they dont want mark it. Im going to gps mark all places so i know where it is. Its an average of 10" by feild man. Not sure i believe him since it would need to be 20" deep somewhere to cancel out the 0 depths. If u farm in this area, pipelines are just part of tye deal. This companys lines get hit most time since they bought most old lines from 30s - 50s. I would have probed line but ground is so hard u cant tell line from dirt.

at 20% slip 8970 is pulling this 9 shank 10-12" deep at 4 mph gps speed. Tractor speed is around 5. Its all it wants.

There is 3 other lines in this easement, all 3ft +
