Subject: chrome won't start full screen nor go to right place

East central Iowa

I've tried a number of things and when Chrome starts it starts off to one side. I can move it and I can make it full screen AFTER it starts but no matter what I try it will not start where I leave it nor will it start in full screen.

I've pulled it to full screen and restarted but it still ends up off to one side. I've made it full screen and restarted, nope.

also tried putting --kiosk at the end of the link
