We drive over it the next day if we have to. Just redid our feed alley in the barn. Very heavy 700 cubic foot mixer. That we unloaded close and pushed in with the skidloader the first day and drove on it the next. Poured day one, skidloader morning day 2, mixer morning day 3. If it has a good foundation and poured thick, it has decent strength right away. Wait as long as you can, but we have done it day after and always been fine.
