Northern New York | Chad- I don't have a good answer to your value question, as Berks "here" are priced different than there, especially with you being in a different marketing program. One thing that would guide my decision on pricing would be whether the person who is interested is a young fellow just starting out or an established producer already. I know some might not agree with that thinking but I would give consideration to it.
Life has brought some major changes to you and your family and I can understand your considering cutting back some, I was faced with similar decisions some time back and am glad I made the choice I did.
