I guess I'm gonna need a little more 'splainin' on that one Rick.... Are we talking about Opec's decision to hold prices artificially high and drive muchos investment into drilling and fracking technology that would change the whole supply paradigm? Or we talking about them realizing they no longer have control of supply but need to act to retain market share? Seems to me that might of grabbed a page from Steve Ballmer- "We don't have a monopoly, we have market share. There is a difference."
