South Dakota | I have been watching this pumpkin grow in my patch. I never would have guessed it would have stayed there but now it is big enough that the post and gate are holding it up. It is about 3-4 ft off the ground. It was about baseball size before it touched anything. These pumpkins have been a learning experience for me, but I do think I will grow them again now that I am kind of figuring out what to do to take care of them. I would say now this one is roughly the size of a volleyball.
