Subject: RE: Lapidary Rock Saw

SW Saskatchewan
Is the rock in the first picture from the sweetgrass?

We have something similar with Cypress Hills conglomerate but the ones I have picked from fields never seem to be as pristine as your example. Doubt if anyone would be impressed if I went mining "direct from the source" at the Conglomerate Cliffs in Cypress Hills West Block.

You have a need for a saw a far cry from the lapidary hobby saws with the sample mounted on a dob stick.

Good luck.
