| Looks like a common issue caused by hardware drivers or anti-virus software that run as a tightly integrated driver or service.
Try uninstalling your anti-virus before upgrading.
If that does not work, uninstall your printer driver and remove USB peripherals during the upgrade, disable some services that might cause the issue, unselect most checkboxes in the Startup tab of msconfig (write them down so you can select them again after the upgrade.) | |
