| Dang, back up to 240.4 for me. A 1.2 lb. gain for me. Trying to get life back to normal with work and lifting things(but using some common sense). Need to work on it a bit harder and as many have said, don't use food as a crutch. I may not report in for the next week or two. Leaving Saturday for a cruise and will not be back until the following Sunday night. Not sure I'll want to weigh in the morning after a week cruise!!! Everyone keep at it. Roger | |
