Saskatchewan, big whitetail country!!!

Sheep Herder - 8/14/2015 20:58

We have our own chickens, so the price doesn't affect us.    We have one customer we sell 3 dozen a week to, and the price will stay at $1.50 a dozen, delivered to their door Sunday mornings before church.  And our eggs are extra large brown organic.  This is why people need to get a few chickens and produce their own food.   We have 2 Jersey's too.   Not buying dairy products either.

+1. For what it takes to feed and keep a few critters, I am always surprised when farmers actually BUY such easy to produce food. We sell eggs too. Feed cost is zero in summer as the free range the sheep pasture. Sell em for 5 bucks an 18 pack.
