ECIL | I had a rental car once in the Chicago area that had a GPS. For 10 miles it kept telling me to move one lane over into the right lane. I didn't want to because that was the lane traffic was merging into.
Another time I had to drive my parents home from Memphis back to their home here in IL. They insisted I use their Garmin. I followed it and ended up in a mall parking lot in Kentucky. Since then I refuse to use GPS for driving. I'll either google directions and study them or look up my route on my atlas. | |
