I have a desktop and am using two monitors. The second monitor is acting up, I turn it on and it lights up, then after a while it goes black as if it was turned off, (the green light in the lower right corner stays on). I shut the monitor off, restart it in a few minutes and the same thing happens. do I have a bad monitor or  is it a computer problem ?
