| Change the message format to nested but you may have to change this setting each time you open AgTalk if you aren't logged in. If you are logged in go to your control panel and find the place to change your default thread viewing method to nested. After changing this in your control panel the nested view will always show when you are logged in. Remember to click on Submit when doing this.
