It's maturing alright.. so much so that guys are just selling out and coming home.  The costs to frack sustainably is somewhere north of where we are.. so.. guys are just walking away.  Talked to another guy this morning after church who's contact sold out of North Dakota and is coming back home.

Until things change.. just not going to give back the $$$ that have been made.. Sure Sat.. there's oil.. all you got to do is go spend the $$$ to go get it..  Look at this 5 year free cash flow.. not a single one is positive.. and that was when Crude prices are like double what they are now..

Yipper.. all they got's to do.. is get costs down.. then we can frack until the cows come home...

I agree.. these cheap prices are a boon... just don't count on them lasting forever..  When the accounting catches up with what has occured.. we'll see that the US peak in production has already occured..  We've been enjoying the slide already.. how much longer is left?
