Missouri | I did such a poor job last year. I said to hell with it. Grabbed all my charts, phone numbers, my list of marketing sites and gave it to my wife. I said it is yours. She has us as close to 100% sold for this year as we dare. 25% sold for next year. We will see. I will say she really takes it serious and spends as much time as I use to watching markets daily. She grew up in Southern California so I am even more impressed. I believe I might have made a farm girl out of a California girl. That might be a first.
