Hey, that sounds like what we had here in Minnesota last year. Late planted, cloudy summer, early frost, everything sucked last year. This year planted early, sunny summer, plenty of moisture, too many aphids requiring a respray. Don't know what the bean yield will be, it can't be as bad as last year. But tall green plants don't guarantee anything.
