How about this one?
Covers the world.

Set for rain but you can switch to temperature with icon in lower left.

Zoom in if it helps with a lot of stations in an area.

'balloons' are colour coded for the amount and if you click on a ballon you get stats for that site where you can see the amount in last hour and 24 hours, hi and low temp and location

I have a station feeding temperature in all the time computer is on. Do not have a rain gauge, yet.
