And yes, you will be arrested in NE IL if you don't do jury duty also. Reminiscent of the "Greetings" letter many of us received from LBJ about 45-50 yrs ago.

There's people w/PHD degrees on unemployment these days. Jury list could be drawn from unemployment recipients. Make it part of their requirement instead of people that are fearful of losing their job due to the slightest hiccup. Yes, I'm aware the law says employers must excuse employees, regardless of the hardship to the employer...and on & on.
