#1 if roof and walls are to be attached to existing structure you should have a frost wall. Dig down 3 ft put a footing and ISF on top. Best frost wall you can get. The frost action will tear your roof and walls apart if you don't do this Also the pad will crack if it is an L shape. You will also have a four season room if ever needed.
#2 if it is not attached go with a floating pad without pilings. I would go 5 inch with rebar min. Pilings push out in the frost and can break a pad apart.
Do it right the first time!!!!
