The AgGPS receivers from Trimble cannot use RTCM v3 corrections. They are made to only read CMR message types and RTCM 2.x. You need a datastream that provides CMR message type 3. This is Leica's documented GLONASS message and is fully supported by Trimble.
I have seen the same issue with Trimble receivers. When the sun is near the horizon I loose RTK fix and can only get a Float solution. Once the sun is down far enough RTK fix comes back, at least this time of year. Also yesterday there was a thunderstorm close by and I lost fix untill the weather cleared. Just like my Dish TV reception.

Many basestations do not output CMR type 3 because it was not published by Trimble. I just wrote a conversion program from RTCM 1012 to CMR 3.

The 372, FM750, FM1000 and XCN2050 can all use RTCM3. Must be delivered via Modem or External Radio.
