You can do like the other poster said to do and stand in the tub but I don't like that method myself. Buy a couple cans of shoe stretch and saturate the boots and then walk them dry. and repeat if needed.

Since Berkshire Hathway has bought all these companies the lasts they make these boots off aren't as consistent as they once were if they are even using that same method to do so. If you want fit and a boot that can be repaired get one built to fit your feet and support a dying craft and hel insure these crafts man can stay in business. There are some down sides to this and one is the wait to get them . The other is they cost more but the fit and wear is worth the price to me. If you want lace ups that can be done as well as sole options ETC. Google Beck Boots in amarillo Tx for a idea or one of his old workers who has basically been in the business since he was 9 which is Bustamante boots also in amarillo
