North West IA/western AZ | I had the migraine thing with the sparkles and all. After starting to take a 81gr aspirin every day, they went away. The rest of your symptoms sound more like TIA's. Have you had any family history of heart defects like a small hole between the ventricles? My dad began having TIA's and was finally diagnosed with a hole between the ventricles. Doctors stuck a bit of mesh in there and plugged it up.
