southern MN | I will guess the reman ink company messed up something in that cart so as the printer does not read the chip on it properly. They should owe you a replacement, if they see it that way.
The printer manufacturers give away the printers, and try to make up the difference on ink sales. So they have sort of copy protected the way the cartridges are keyed to the printer. The ink re loaders work out ways to reprogram the carts.....
And the game continues.........
