I have a sweet tooth any way and if I can cut out most of that extra sugar like ice cream, chocolate, and etc, then I can eat pretty much what I want. When eating out, how the food is prepared makes a huge difference. You may think your eating healthy when your really not. When my wife and I were going to Weight Watchers we looked at meals at a popular chain restaurant and there were only 2 items on the menu we could eat without using up all of our daily points in one meal. Sure surprised us. |
