| Came in at 261. 2 lbs down. Really enjoying summer. So many things going on. My week usually consists of soup and fruit for lunch and for supper I have to watch my points. I did weight watchers years ago so I remember how it was then and even though things have changed a bit it still is a calorie counting exercise.
Lots of stuff to do on the farm so I've been keeping as active as possible and walking back and forth instead of jumping in the truck.
Weekends are a little tougher as we like to go camping at the lake and there always seems to be plenty to eat and drink. Fishing has been good so I enjoy cooking them up as well and trying different recipes
Now I know how I gained all those pounds to start with!!!! Not hard to over indulge at all
Seems like eating sometimes is a bad habit not a necessity
Sometimes I think I'm just grazing
