We do a roast beef BBQ at lunch. We hire the BBQ. He buys the meat, prepares it, cooks 200lb of roast beef and 350 potatoes that we supply wrapped. He also slices the meat. Last year he charged $400 plus the meat. He had to have it all cooked by 11 am, in the middle of a field, we supplied hydro.
Cooking meat, how much to charge?
